Hezbollah has th...It's not that complicated, Dusty. Hezbollah has the support of a large Shi'a population in Lebanon. Iraq is 60% Shi'a. The Prime Minister is not going to condemn them because, in essence, he'd be pissing off the majority Shi'a population in his own country.<BR/><BR/>The civilian sect of Hezbollah is a powerful political force in Lebanon largely because they provide affordable health care to the Lebanese.<BR/><BR/>Now, what's really fucked up is that Hezbollah is probably funded by Iran, which is like 90% Shi'a. And Iran is majorly pissed off and nervous because of what the U.S. is doing in Iraq.<BR/><BR/>It's like a fucked up chess game.
