Is George Dubbya Bush the snubber or the snubee in this video?
Either way, our standing in the world is bound to improve when we see the last of a President who's too arrogant to realize that that standing actually matters to our long term security and well-being.
Hopefully, the days of "fuck you, world, we do whatever we want, so suck on this" are gone forever.
It's going to be nice to have grownups in charge.

This just made my morning a whole lot better ;-)
On to impeachment and war crimes trials!
Unpopular kid? No. Spoiled, arrogant rich kid who finally got his comeuppance. It would've been far better for everybody to have just pushed him off the stage.
I think he looks like a petulant little fuck who can't be bothered with common courtesy.
The shithead.
In the spirit of "fairness to the Devil" (and even his minor imps, such as Bush), the Chicago Tribune's "The Swamp" blog reports that an arcane bit of G20 protocol for that sort of group-photo-op is that the host doesn't shake hands. Mind, even if that report is accurate, it still looks like all the others are thinking "let's pretend George isn't here" (and for all I know, some of them were).
Baa! Forgot to include the link to the report. Baa!
Interesting, David. that is indeed a weird protocol. Thanks for the clarification.
But are the hosts forbidden to make eye contact or exchange civil greetings?
