I got my Kindle yesterday and yours was the second e-book I bought, after one of Neil Gaiman's, as a matter of fact, and his was only first because it was the last print book I tried - and failed - to read. It's been seven years since I last was able to read a book for pleasure. I feel like I've been given back part of my soul.
And thank you for allowing text-to-speech. I won't use it - *reading* is what I've missed - but many, many blind people who've been looking forward to the Kindle 2 will.

Thanks for buying the book! As for "allowing" TTS, I was being facetious. It's not like I have any control over that...
