"They should be spending 100% of their time and energy focusing on structuring real solutions to todays problems..."

You Mean Like These Guys?
“We will lose on legislation. But we will win the message war every day, and every week, until November 2010,” said Rep. Patrick McHenry, R-N.C., an outspoken conservative who has participated on the GOP message teams. “Our goal is to bring down approval numbers for [Speaker Nancy] Pelosi and for House Democrats. That will take repetition."

Hey, at least this one admits they got nothin'.

This is the same NC Rep , BTW, who didn't have the balls to make actual accusations he'd have to prove regarding Democratic involvement in outing Republican Representative Mark Foley as a creepy child stalker back in '06, he just "asks questions."

As long as the Republicans keep letting sleazy hacks like this speak for the party, they get the back of my (rhetorical) hand.

To paraphrase the immortal words of Hawkeye Pierce, "It's a real bad sign when you start taking lessons from Josef Goebbels and Josef Stalin!"

Well, here's one for all of us to consider ...

JPMorgan Chase received $25 billion in bailout funds.

JPMorgan Chase to Increase India Outsourcing 25%.

CHANGE YOU CAN BELIEVE IN.

So much for those tax credits to businesses that keep jobs in America, eh? Maybe they should've thought about how giving a corporation $25 billion in "free (our fucking) money" might not persuade them to worry about those tax credits ...

What a joke.

Excuse the French, JD, but fuck the budget ... the $25 billion sure did pass ... and so did the 25% increase in outsourcing.

Jesus, these are our representatives doing this to us ... forget Rep v. Dem ... this should be inciting a revolution.

I guess they managed to hand out too many electronic toys (modern day opium) for anyone to notice.

How could either party give away our money and not prohibit outsourcing?

And the Messiah voted for that fiasco before he was "the one" ... then he signed into law as "the one" ...

He's 2 for 2 in my book.
