With upgraded shocks (and maybe a set of ear protectors)this might actually be worth riding. As it stands/walks now it looks, from the video, as if you're tailbone's liable to be pounded into dust if you spend any appreciable time riding around in it.
On the other hand it is a pretty damned neat bit of engineering.
On the other other hand, arachniphobes need not apply....
